Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring smooth order processing.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Please include your order number in the request.
If your order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Cancellation requests sent via Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, or any platform other than the official support channels will not be considered valid.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and then raise a return request in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

3. COD Order Cancellation

• COD orders may require confirmation via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  
  

• Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled after a few hours.
  
  

• Frequent cancellations of COD orders may result in the COD option being disabled for your future purchases.
  
  

4. Prepaid Order Refunds
If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, card, etc.). Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Seller Cancellations
We may cancel an order in the following cases:

• The product is out of stock or discontinued
  
  

• The address or contact information provided is invalid or incomplete
  
  

• The order is flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment gateway/fraud detection system
  
  

In such cases, you will be notified, and if payment was made, a full refund will be issued.
