1. Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we ship Pan-India to all serviceable pin codes through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, and more.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on your location:

Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 working days

Remote Areas: 5–8 working days
3. What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for select pin codes. A small handling fee may apply. COD orders require confirmation before dispatch.
5. How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an SMS/Email with a tracking link and AWB number. You can track your order in real-time on the courier partner’s website.
6. What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 5 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and supported with a full unboxing video showing the issue. Please check our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
7. Are there products that cannot be returned?
Yes, the following items are non-returnable:

Perishable or fragile items like candles

Sale or clearance items marked as “non-returnable”
8. How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 8–15 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible—you may request a return instead.
